PLACING AN ORDER

• Once you have visited ENHZ.co.uk and made the decision to purchase; Find and select the product(s) you want on the website; choose the right size, colour and add to basket when done
• Go to check out and input all required information: Billing, Shipping address and your delivery option
• Review your order to ensure all details are correct and go on place your order
• An order confirmation via email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering

WHAT IF WE CAN’T FULFIL YOUR ORDER?

If we are not unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself when you placed the order to confirm your order will not be dispatched and a valid reason given. We will work with you to provide an alternative if required – We will not leave you hanging.

SECURITY AND FRAUD

If we suspect a fraudulent transaction with your order on our website, ENHZ reserves the right to reject your order: Fraudulent activities may include:

No verification of your debit/credit card and billing address

If necessary, we may run some checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. Any orders found to be made by fraudulent means will be investigated and necessary action taken

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

All prices displayed on our website are set, and you do not have to Pay VAT

We take all kinds of card payments and all payments are  processed securely. We do not store your card information on our website after we process your payment
